We will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept items that have been washed, worn, soiled or damaged. Items must be returned in new condition. Items must be returned in original packaging, with original tags and labels. Please contact us before returning items. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Please include copy of original sales ticket with your return. Items purchased from retailers other than Hulamoonkids must be exchanged or returned through that location according to their policies.
